Rug On Approval Policy
Our approval policy lets you take any rug home for a 24-hour trial period, giving you the chance to see how it fits in your space before committing to a purchase. A credit card is required to secure the trial, and we will keep the information on file. Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the rug is not returned within two days, your card will be charged for the purchase. This policy applies to in-stock rugs only.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Yas Rug Outlet, we are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards for every product we offer, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with each purchase.
All liquidation and final sale items are non-returnable. Additionally, special orders, custom pieces, and items not part of our current inventory are considered final sales and cannot be returned.
RETURN POLICY for online orders
You may return any item within 7 business days of receiving your order. A refund for the returned item will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee, along with shipping and handling costs.
If returned items are damaged or dirty, we have the right to refuse the return and/or charge additional fees.
Oriental Rug Cleaning Services
Yes Rugs Outlet offers professional cleaning and repair services for both natural and synthetic fiber rugs. However, due to the inherent nature of these materials, we cannot be held responsible for any issues or damage caused by pre-existing conditions in your rug. Normal cleaning may alter the appearance or scent of the rug, and some stains may not be fully removed or may become more noticeable.
Refusing a Package
Yas Rugs strives to ensure prompt delivery of your ordered merchandise and will always make an effort to be accommodating. In accordance with all major shipping companies, we make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to the shipping location. The customer is responsible for rejected delivery charges. If any delivery assistance is needed, please contact Customer Service. However, if the item arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact us before rejecting the delivery.
